Daniel Hellwig, Class of 2011

Daniel is a sophomore at the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. Born and raised in Frankfurt, Daniel’s interest in establishing bonds and spreading interest in Germany in the United States led him to leader in creation of the society. Outside of the Wharton German Society, he is the vice-president of information technology in the Wharton Accounting Society and a former, and hopefully future participant, in the Philadelphia Marathon. Diego Arroyo, Class of 2010

Diego is a junior in the Huntsman Program, on track to major in Mathematics in addition to a Wharton degree in Finance. Having lived in Mexico his entire life, Diego’s interest in German began with his freshman year at Penn and culminated with his sophomore summer in Frankfurt. Florian Hagenbuch, Class of 2010

Florian is a junior in the Hunstman Program, which will eventually reward him with a B.A. in International Studies and a B.Sc. in Business, with concentrations in Finance and Management. He is originally from Germany, but grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil and spent a semester in Shanghai, China. In addition to being on the board of the Finance Club, Florian works as an Undergraduate Consultant for the Wharton Small Business Development Center and actively plays for the Men's Club Soccer team. His biggest passion are languages: he speaks German, Portuguese, English, Spanish and French fluently and is currently learning Chinese.
